JIANGSU HEZHONG FABRIC CO,LTD. was founded in 1986 by the founder Mr. Yue Xizhong. The R&D, production, and sales teams of industrial fabrics are formed, with strong production and R&D (technical) strength. For decades, relying on unique position advantages, continuous  scientific and technological innovation, and excellence in manufacturing. Craftsmanship, HEZHONG FABRIC CO,LTD. has grown into a professional tire liner manufacture that integrates spinning ,weaving and sales.


Jiangsu HeZhong fabric Co. Ltd. covers an area of 20, 000 ㎡,There are more than 300 workers,  annual output value is around 170 million meters, export proportion is approx. 40% , we are the only one manufacture from spinning to woven in china. By a group of years engaged in industrial fabric scientific research and development, production, sales team for our company's products through the ISO9001 2000 Quality management system certification, first class equipment, stable quality, we can provide customer the PP MESH, POLYESTER MONOFILAMENT , ANTI-STATIC LINER ,  RUBBER STRIPE,  FOLDING MONOFILAMENT,  100%COTTON ,  NYLON and Polyester sponge placemat altogether 8 series and 200 kinds of liner which width within 5000mm ,  length within 1300m. we also supply all kinds of tire,  rubber liner according to  customer’s demand 

At present our company have cooperated with BRIGESTONE,  TOYOTIRE ,  PIRELLI,  SUMITOMO,  KUMHO,  COOPER TIRE,  MAXXIS,  ZC RUBBER, GITI and the other 100 foreign companies,   meanwhile our company actively expand foreign market,  the products have  exported to Thailand,Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and the other Southeast Asian country,  as well as EUROPE AND AMERICA , wining the trust of customers.

Production Process

Pre-sales consulting

Telephone service - customer service department staff, sales representatives through the telephone to provide customers with advice, solution process.

Sales service - follow up the contact process (including routine visits, customer requirements, detailed product information, product samples, initial product quotation, initial solution Suggestions, etc.).

Technical services - the process by which engineers provide solutions to customer requirements (including customer request feasibility study, customer request solution formulation, solution adjustment and modification according to customer's new requirements, and technical solution confirmation).

Reception service -- the process in which the company's reception guide guides the customers to visit the company and makes the customers have a deep impression on the products and the company.

Sale support

Technical service -- technical personnel provide various services for customers.

Sales service - the process of further communication between the sales staff of the foreign office and the customer after the contract is signed.

Reception service - the reception process for customers who have signed the contract and sometimes visit the company again due to business needs, so as to deepen customers' impression of the product and the company.
